About Our Consulting RoleWe're seeking an experienced consultant to join our team and help global clients unlock savings and efficiency through deep expertise and next-generation Agentic AI platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead high-impact workstreams from assessment through implementation, driving business growth and optimization.Analyze spend data, supplier proposals, and industry benchmarks to develop strategic recommendations that drive results.Partner with client stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and design customized solutions that address recurring challenges and scale beyond a single project.Develop negotiation strategies and support supplier execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery.Build financial and operational models to size and validate opportunities, providing data-driven insights that inform decision-making.Help design and develop AI-led solutions that redefine procurement and supply chain management, positioning clients for long-term success.Requirements3–5 years' experience in consulting, procurement, supply chain, or operations, with a proven track record of delivering results.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in Excel and a willingness to learn and adapt.Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and present insights clearly, effectively communicating complex ideas and strategies.Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership-driven, and motivated to grow faster than at a large firm, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations that engage and persuade.Experience in RFx management, tail spend analysis, and exposure to diverse categories, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality.
