We are currently seeking a skilled Database Architect to lead our team.The ideal candidate will have strong experience with MongoDB, AWS, and ProductionDB management. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our development and production databases.Key Responsibilities:Database Strategy: Develop and implement database architectures that meet business requirements, ensure data consistency, and maintain high-performance levels.Infrastructure Management: Manage databases hosted on AWS, including RDS, EC2, and related services, ensuring scalability and security.Performance Optimization: Monitor database performance, optimize queries, indexes, and schemas for low latency and high availability.Data Backup and Recovery: Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard production data.Automation and Scripting: Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline database deployments, migrations, and monitoring.Collaboration and Support: Work closely with developers, QA, and DevOps to support application needs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize database performance.Security and Compliance: Ensure database security, manage access controls, and maintain compliance with internal and external standards.Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Quickly diagnose and resolve database-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
