Role overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Management Trainee Intern to join our dynamic team at Cosmofeed. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about developing their management skills and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales & operations. As a Management Trainee Intern, you will work closely with various departments, participate in projects, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with Project Management: Support ongoing projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and preparing reports for management.
  • Conduct Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities to assist in decision-making.
  • Participate in Team Meetings: Engage in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Support Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with departments such as marketing, sales, finance, and operations to understand their processes and challenges.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in management practices.
  • Customer Interaction: Assist in customer service initiatives and gather feedback to improve client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Motivation: Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
