Job OverviewThe Data Science team focuses on leveraging AI and machine learning to drive transformative outcomes in skill assessment, career development, and talent management.We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the following key areas:Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.Machine Learning Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for skill prediction, personalized learning recommendations, and intelligent matchmaking.Clustering and Segmentation: Apply clustering techniques to segment users based on skills, career goals, and learning preferences.Embedding and Similarity Analysis: Create and utilize embeddings to measure the similarity between skills, jobs, and learning resources.Statistical Modeling and Analysis: Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, test hypotheses, and validate model performance.Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering: Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and modeling.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and communicate results.Model Training and Evaluation: Train machine learning models using large datasets, and evaluate their performance using appropriate metrics.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.Strong programming skills in Python.Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms.Experience with clustering, embedding, similarity analysis, and segmentation analytics.Proficiency in statistical science.Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing environments.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.Experience with cloud computing platforms.
