US Tax Preparation Specialist OpportunityThis long-term role involves working with a well-established US firm to grow its offshore capabilities in India. The team will work closely with US engagement teams on complex tax preparation and compliance work.We are seeking experienced Tax Preparers who value teamwork, client service excellence, and professional growth. The work environment is collaborative, supportive, and growth-driven.The selected candidate will focus on tax preparation, client coordination, and day-to-day collaboration with US teams. Key responsibilities include preparing US tax returns for individuals and businesses, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance accuracy.The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of US tax preparation experience, hands-on experience preparing individual and business tax returns, and strong multitasking abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential, as well as strong organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.This work-from-home position offers a flexible schedule, with partial overlap with US teams.
