Senior RTL Lead MicroarchitectWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior RTL Lead Microarchitect. This role will play a critical part in defining and implementing the microarchitecture of cutting-edge semiconductor designs.Main Responsibilities:Microarchitecture Definition: Develop and implement microarchitecture specifications for complex System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.RTL Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Register-Transfer Level (RTL) code using Verilog/SystemVerilog, ensuring optimal performance, power, and area (PPA).Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with system architects, verification teams, and physical design teams to ensure successful project execution. Perform design trade-off analysis to meet functional, performance, and power requirements.Methodology Development: Develop and implement design methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Design Reviews and Technical Leadership: Participate in design reviews, provide technical leadership, and ensure adherence to project timelines.About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of innovative semiconductor solutions.Requirements:Proven experience in designing and developing complex SoC designs.Strong expertise in RTL design and implementation using Verilog/SystemVerilog.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Able to work effectively in a team environment.Experience with design trade-off analysis and methodology development.Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
