Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the backend infrastructure that powers our full marketplace ecosystem.Design and implement the backend systems to handle authentication, user roles, product catalog, categories, inventory APIs, cart, checkout, pricing logic, order creation, transitions, and reporting.Develop real-time updates using WebSockets or equivalent technology.Integrate external APIs such as Shopify, Clover, QuickBooks, and others.Collaborate with mobile engineers to expose clean endpoints.Key RequirementsProven experience in Node.js development.Familiarity with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.Experience designing complex API systems.Knowledge of real-time technologies such as WebSockets / Socket.io / Firebase.Understanding of system architecture, caching, queues (Redis/RabbitMQ).Experience integrating third-party APIs.Strong debugging & problem-solving skills.Solid Git discipline.
