Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Digital Asset Manager to oversee the functioning of our digital platform for archiving materials produced for advertising campaigns.This individual will provide support to our team on how the platform works for all users, facilitate daily contact with internal and external clients on European markets, and cooperate with our Central Team managing cooperation with external clients.The ideal candidate will also perform quality control of work on the platform performed by internal users, verify completeness of data entered into the platform, organize trainings on the use of the platform for new team members, inform platform users about changes and upgrades, collect feedback on the platform's functionality, and report users' needs to the IT department.Additionally, this professional will collaborate with the IT/Developers department in the field of platform maintenance, error reporting, and creating User Cases for the IT/Developers department, and report work progress and possible technical problems.RequirementsOur ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience as a project manager/content manager/QA specialist in an advertising agency. Experience in content management in any CMS system (Wordpress, AEM, Sitecore) is welcome.The successful candidate must possess good knowledge of English, be able to freely use MS Office tools, and demonstrate commitment to their projects, accuracy, and conscientiousness.A strong ability to organize work, build good relationships and efficient communication, self-organization skills, and a proactive approach to tasks are also essential. Experience in the advertising or IT industry is an advantage.
