We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager - Global International Tax Advisory - Transfer Pricing to the Global Head of Transfer Pricing, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Service Centre and its’ growth.
Key Responsibility:
- Scoping and delivery (within existing International Tax Advisory team) of multi-country Transfer Pricing advisory opportunities and solutions – to existing client base, with supportive commercial sales team.
- Managing and delivering global Master File/Local File projects and advising on global Transfer Pricing documentation requirements.
- Transfer Pricing policy review and design, functional analysis interviews and supply / value chain analysis within the context of global documentation projects.
- Preparation of benchmarking analyses across goods & services / IP / loans and industry analysis reports.
- Full range of Transfer Pricing advisory matters and opportunities to expand the team and delivery of Transfer Pricing work, across Vistra.
Key requirements:
- A quick learner and self-motivating personality
- Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills
- Excels in project management, people management, and organisational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Global Transfer Pricing specialism – 3+ years of dedicated Transfer Pricing experience.
- TNMM benchmarking experience with the Moody’s (BvD) database and the local Indian benchmarking databases.
- Experience in delivering Master File/Local File documentation engagements.
- Proactive and self-motivated, professional and commercial outlook.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Chartered Accountant with 3 plus years of experience.
