Our Cloud Solutions Team is seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our Oracle HCM initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud.Lead development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM CloudBuild and own integrations using OIC or equivalent middlewareDevelop fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIsReview code and ensure best practices across the delivery teamPartner with functional consultants to translate requirements into real working solutionsTroubleshoot issues with confidence and fix them before they escalateOversee deployments, testing cycles, and production supportMentor junior developers so they become proficient in their rolesA strong background in OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDL is required. Experience in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is highly desirable. A solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services is also necessary. The ability to lead discussions with clients and facilitate effective communication is essential.
