  • Responsible for handling the overall Supply Chain of the organization by ensuring customer satisfaction and driving optimal efficiency with regard to cost and quality
  • Handling multiple Warehouse operations; planning and maintaining warehouse costs within budget by taking all cost benefit measures time to time
  • Ensuring SLAs of all Logistics business partners are met, through periodical SPRs reviews & taking corrective measure; establish and manage performance metrics, both internal and external , with a focus on continuous improvement, also, identifying & mitigating potential risks that could affect the business supply chain
  • Regular monitoring and management of supply chain performance which covers end to end movement and storage of shipments ( B2B & B2C)
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and manage surplus liquidation process
  • Responsible to handle all indirect procurements through PR-PO process from Sourcing, negotiating and onboard suppliers
  • Handling of international shipments ( Export & Imports) in compliance with all incoterms and custom related formalities
  • Handling of all day-to-day union and local authorities related issues amicably by ensuring no operation downtime at warehouse
  • Build, develop and coach a committed operations team that guarantees the highest level of performance for the functions


Desired Skills & Experience:


  • Overall Experience: 10-15 years of experience, with considerable exposure to Retail/ Apparel/ Lifestyle space
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Operations/ Supply Chain
  • Strong strategic vision to take forward the organization's business objectives.
  • Well versed with complete order & warehouse management cycle ERP tools like SAP & WMS
  • Should have worked with BI tools like Tableau
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
