Qualification & Experience:Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or InstrumentationExperience: 4 to 6 years of total industry experienceSalary: As per industry standardsRole Type: Shift In-Charge (Three Shifts: A/B/C)Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the equipment maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and uptimeHands-on experience in plant maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipmentManage and execute corrective, preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activitiesMaintain and troubleshoot electrical automation systems including:AC/DC Drives, VFDs, PLCs, Stepper and Servo MotorsInduction Motors, Solenoid Valves, Sensors, Pumps, and ConveyorsPreferably experienced with Staubli or ABB robotics and PLC systemsEnsure compliance with TPM, ISO/OHSAS standards, and implement Kaizen, 5S practicesMaintain documentation related to MTTR/MTBF and other maintenance KPIsThrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong multitasking capabilities.
