📍 Landran, Mohali | On-site 💼 Full-Time | 2–3 Years Experience 💰 ₹3 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives 🗓️ Monday–Friday | IT Services Industry 👥 Team Size: 8 📝 Interview Process: 2 Rounds⭐ About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive & Lead Generation Specialist who can manage performance marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads, and drive consistent digital growth.If you have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, sales funnels, retargeting, and organic lead generation, this role is perfect for you.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingPlan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.Maintain strong ROAS and continuously improve ad performance.Develop strategies for audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization.Lead GenerationMeet daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.Generate leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps, social media outreach, groups & communities.Implement funnel-based strategies to capture and qualify leads.Social Media ManagementManage official brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.Plan and schedule content using social media tools.Track engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions to drive growth.Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare weekly & monthly performance reports for campaigns, leads, and ROI.Analyze metrics, identify gaps, and implement optimization strategies.🧩 Required Skills2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing & Lead Generation.Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Solid understanding of sales funnels, retargeting, audience segmentation, ROI tracking.Proficiency with tools such as:Meta Business SuiteGoogle Analytics & Google Tag ManagerLinkedIn Sales NavigatorSocial media management platformsExcellent communication, analytical abilities, and a performance-driven mindset.🎁 Perks & BenefitsPerformance bonuses for meeting or exceeding ROAS & lead targets.Fast career growth in an expanding digital marketing team.Opportunity to work across diverse industries with advanced marketing tools.
