• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

• Automation Tools: Familiarity with automation tools and methodologies for SAP environments.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Solution Manager or related areas.

• Domain Knowledge: Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing, finance, or healthcare.
