Job OverviewVeeva Vault Consultant role involves working with Clinical and Data Management teams to support study build, go-live and ongoing maintenance in Veeva CDMS.Key ResponsibilitiesStrong understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, and EDC system workflows is essential for this position.Familiarity with Veeva Vault CDMS architecture, object configuration and user roles is necessary for setup and management.Setting up Electronic Data Capture (EDC) studies in Veeva CDMS using Studio requires a solid grasp of the software.Configuration of study design elements such as forms, edit checks, rules, and custom coding is also key.Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support study build, go-live and ongoing maintenance.User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data cleaning are crucial aspects of this role.Managing change requests, configuration, and enhancements in the Veeva application is another responsibility.Knowledge of Veeva APIs and data migration is required for efficient system integration.Assessing the impact of periodic upgrades and supporting implementation of new features is a key challenge.Additionally, experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira, as well as L2 support skills, are highly desirable.
