Notice Period- 30 daysRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer with strong hands-on expertise in EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), CRM Order Management, and Workforce Management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Siebel configurations, customizations, and integrations, particularly within the Telecom domain.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM components, focusing on EAI, Workforce Management, and Order Management modules.Implement and support Siebel PRM/Dealer Management and Field Service modules.Develop and manage reports using BI Publisher.Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.Configure workflows, business services, and integration objects as part of Siebel EAI implementations.Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization for high-performance Siebel environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with external systems.Required Skills & Experience:Mandatory experience in:Siebel Workforce ManagementCRM Order ManagementEAI (Enterprise Application Integration)Hands-on experience in one or more of the following modules:Siebel PRM / Dealer ManagementSiebel Field ServiceBI Publisher ReportsStrong understanding of Siebel data model, configuration, scripting, and workflows.Experience with Telecom domain implementations is mandatory.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.Preferred Skills:Exposure to integration technologies (SOAP/REST, Web Services, MQ, or Middleware tools).Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines for Siebel deployments.Familiarity with database technologies such as Oracle SQL/PLSQL.Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
