RoleSummary:
Youngman India is seeking the HR Manager foroverseeing the daytoday operations of the humanresources
department. This includes managing HR policiesand procedures ensuring compliance with labor lawshandling
employee relations and improving HR systems.The HR Manager works closely with other departments tosupport
organizational goals and foster a positive workenvironment.
Key Responsibilities:
StrategicHR Planning:
Collaborate with senior management todevelop HR strategies.
Support organizational changeinitiatives.
Contribute to the development of HR budgetsand forecasts and planning the operations aligning withinthe
budgets
Compliance Reporting and Vendor& Stakeholder Management:
Ensure compliance withlabour laws and employment regulations.
Prepare andtimely submit required regulatory reports.
Conductinternal audits of HR processes and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee payroll processingand benefits administration.
Manage employee benefitprograms and vendor relationships.
PerformanceManagement:
Coordinate performance appraisalprocesses.
Provide guidance on performance improvementplans.
Ensure alignment between performance managementand organizational goals.
HR Systems and DataManagement:
Conceptualization of endtoend HRIS (HumanResource Information Systems) and ensure data accuracy.
Generate HR reports and detailed analytics to supportdecisionmaking.
Employee Relations:
Addressemployee inquiries and resolve HRrelated issues.
Establish strong employee relations to ensure a harmoniousworkplace.
Conduct investigations and resolve employeeconflicts and grievances.
Increase retention andeliminate dissatisfaction
Drive continuous increase inorganizations pulse
HR Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the HR department.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
