Job Description: Oracle EBS Developer – Technical Support (Sales & Distribution)Location: Remote / OffshoreEmployment Type: ContractDuration: 6+ MonthsStart Date: ImmediateExperience: 8+ YearsWorking Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST (to support Philippines time zone)Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Developer – Technical Support (Sales & Distribution) with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite SD modules. The role involves providing technical development and production support for Sales & Distribution processes, including Order Management and Inventory Management.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for Oracle EBS Sales & Distribution (SD) modules.Support and enhance Order Management (OM) and Inventory Management (INV) modules.Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.Develop and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, reports, interfaces, and workflows.Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL packages, procedures, and queries.Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements.Support integrations and data flows related to sales, order processing, and inventory.Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation activities.Required Skills & Qualifications8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Development & Technical Support.Strong experience with Oracle EBS Sales & Distribution (SD).In-depth knowledge of Order Management and Inventory Management modules.Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.Experience supporting production environments and handling incidents.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore setup.
