With a dynamic workforce and exponential growth in the global solar market, this company is poised to become a leading global player.Key responsibilities include:Supervising and monitoring cell production activities to achieve daily targets and maintain product consistencyCoordinating with maintenance, process engineering, and quality teams to resolve line issues promptlyEnsuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety, and 5S standards on the shop floorA Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines is required, along with 4-7 years of relevant experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing or semiconductor/thin-film/process industry.Key skills include hands-on experience in cell production line operations, strong understanding of process parameters and equipment handling, knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality tools, good communication, analytical, and team-handling skills, and familiarity with MES/SAP systems for production tracking.Join our talented team and contribute to the development of innovative solar technologiesBenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.Qualifications• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing or semiconductor/thin-film/process industry.Skills• Hands-on experience in cell production line operations (Diffusion, PECVD, Screen Printing, Firing, etc.).• Strong understanding of process parameters and equipment handling.• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality tools (5S, Kaizen, RCA, SPC).• Good communication, analytical, and team-handling skills.• Familiarity with MES/SAP systems for production tracking.Responsibilities• Supervise and monitor cell production activities in assigned area/shift.• Ensure achievement of daily production, quality, and yield targets as per plan.• Monitor and control key process parameters to maintain product consistency and process stability.• Coordinate with maintenance, process engineering, and quality teams to resolve line issues promptly.• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety, and 5S standards on the shop floor.• Support new product introductions, process trials, and equipment qualifications.• Analyze process data and provide inputs for yield improvement and waste reduction.• Train and guide line operators and technicians to maintain operational efficiency.• Prepare and maintain daily production reports, downtime analysis, and shift handover documentation.• Actively participate in problem-solving, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective action implementation.
