Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Identify target markets, develop customer personas, and uncover potential growth opportunities.
- Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate on content creation, social media, and email marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Build relationships with key clients, negotiate deals, and work to increase the sales pipeline and close rates.
- Monitor sales performance, gather customer feedback, and analyze revenue generation to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and manage marketing and sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Track and report on metrics related to revenue, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights for future strategies.
- Work closely with product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment in customer communication and product messaging.
- Regularly review and analyze performance data from marketing and sales efforts.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to assess performance and refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in marketing or related roles with at least 4-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT sector is preferable.
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Experience working with large data sets and advanced analytics tools.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage and motivate teams.
