Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead Product Innovation: You will lead the creation of innovative design solutions that set new industry standards, driving the design vision and strategy across multiple product verticals to ensure a cohesive,high-quality user experience throughout our platform. Align User Experience with Business Goals: Your role will involve harmonising user needs with our business objectives and crafting designs that resonate with our users and support the company's strategic goals. Mentor the Team: You will foster an environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and professional growth. Expertise in UX and Visual Design: Strong proficiency in both UX and visual design, with a demonstrated ability to deliver highquality designs that meet user needs and business objectives. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or equivalent practical experience. Domain Experience: Experience in designing for B2B, enterprise, or platform applications is highly desirable.
