Job Title: Digital Workflow SpecialistRemote Opportunity:This is a 100% remote role with primary working hours aligning with the Indian time zone, offering overlap with PST.Key Responsibilities:Mandatory Cloud experience for effective workflow management.Expertise on Atlassian Tools such as Jira, Confluence & ServiceDesk is essential.Detailed stakeholder and end-user management experience, including training and support, is crucial.The ideal candidate should possess migration experience, including JIRA to JIRA, Confluence to JIRA, Gitlab to JIRA/Confluence, Rally to Jira, Zendesk to Jira etc.Experience with key Atlassian plugins such as Portfolio, BigPicture, Zephyr, Tempo, Structure, Auditor, Configuration Manager etc. is required.Proficiency in tools like JavaScript/JQuery, Groovy, Java, C++; Build-CI (Jenkins/Maven); Jira REST API/Jira SDK/Plugins, ITIL, Helpdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow is necessary.Candidates should be proficient in using applications like Zendesk, ServiceNow / Slack / MS Office/GSuite.Able to collect and document relevant data related to issue nature.Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills.Demonstrated abilities to multi-task, including solid time management skills.Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Jira workflows, fields, issue types, permissions, notifications, filters, boards, dashboards.Identify areas for improvement, optimization, and consolidation.Advise Corporate Engineering & other teams on best practices for Jira, Confluence.Communicate and share knowledge with internal and external contacts at all levels.About the Role:The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, structured problem solver who is passionate about optimizing configurations to maximize employee experience.Your Benefits:This is an immediate joiner opportunity with a US-based client.We Are Looking For:A skilled digital workflow specialist to manage and monitor multiple SaaS applications and play an active role in designing the portfolio of applications available for use at Amplitude.
