This includes developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.Human Resources Management:Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to drive business growth and enhance employee engagement.Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to identify top talent and foster a diverse workforce.Design and execute performance appraisal systems and employee development programs to promote career advancement and retention.Administration and Office Management:Supervise general office administration, including procurement, maintenance, and vendor management to ensure efficient operations.Manage office facilities, assets, and supplies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.Training and Development:Identify training needs through regular performance reviews and departmental feedback to address skill gaps and enhance capabilities.Develop annual training plans and coordinate internal/external training sessions to upskill employees and drive business success.Leadership and Reporting:Provide guidance and mentorship to HR and administrative staff to promote professional growth and development.Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional HR certification and at least 3-4 years of progressive HR and administrative experience.
