As a key member of our HR and payroll technology group, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.Responsibilities:Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.Analyze complex business requirements and develop technical designs to enhance PeopleSoft applications, leveraging your expertise in SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode, AWE, Component Interface, and PeopleSoft Security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, streamlining workflows and enhancing user experience.Provide expert-level support and training to internal customers, empowering them to optimize their daily work processes and achieve their goals.Key Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft technical implementation, upgrade, and customization, with a strong focus on HR and payroll applications.Proven expertise in Oracle SQL querying and data analysis, with the ability to design and deliver complex reports.Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, including AWS EC2/RDS implementations, and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive results-oriented solutions.
