International Coding EducatorWe are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a coding instructor. In this role, you will deliver engaging online coding classes to students aged 5–18, teaching both block-based and text-based programming.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering high-quality, interactive online coding sessions to students globallyTeaching block-based coding (Scratch, Blockly, MIT App Inventor) and text-based programming (Python, JavaScript, C++, Java)Designing curriculum-aligned projects in App Development, Web Development, Game Development, Software Development, AI & Machine Learning, and RoboticsFostering a student-centric learning environment that encourages problem-solving, creativity, and innovationAdapting teaching methodologies based on age group and student learning patternsIncorporating storytelling, real-world examples, and project-based learning to inspire studentsTracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and personalizing learning pathsCollaborating with curriculum designers, academic mentors, and parents to ensure learning goals are metRequirements for the role include:US Accent Certified – ability to communicate in a clear, neutral, and engaging US accent5+ years of teaching experience in coding/programming to school or college studentsStrong command of both block-based and text-based programmingExpertise in at least 3 of the following domains: App Development, Web Development, Game Development, Software Development, AI, RoboticsFamiliarity with educational tools, coding platforms, and online teaching technologiesDeep understanding of child & adolescent learning psychologyExcellent communication, storytelling, and engagement skillsWe offer a competitive compensation package, flexible remote work environment, and access to innovative curriculum and training.
