Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Career Coach to join our team. As a Career Coach, you will be responsible for guiding students through the career development process, providing them with the tools and resources needed to achieve their goals.Key Responsibilities:Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with students to help them identify their strengths, interests, and skills, and develop effective job search strategies.Assess student's skills and abilities, and provide guidance on resume writing, interview techniques, and other application materials.Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate career development initiatives into the academic curriculum.Stay updated on current job market trends, industry requirements, and career resources to provide accurate and relevant information to students.Develop and maintain a database of placement opportunities, internships, and job postings.Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in counseling psychology, human resources, or a related field is required.National Certified Counselor (NCC), Certified Career Counselor (CCC), Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification is preferred.Previous experience in career coaching, advising, or related roles is highly preferred.Benefits:Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives and careers.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Professional development opportunities.Others:Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities are necessary.Proficiency in using career services software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
