Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Intelligence Leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and optimizing business intelligence solutions, leveraging industry-leading tools to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Architect and implement sophisticated business intelligence solutions to meet complex business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust business intelligence solutions that deliver actionable insights.Lead the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.Optimize existing business applications and reports for performance, reliability, and usability, utilizing best practices and advanced optimization techniques.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement of business intelligence capabilities.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in business intelligence development, including extensive experience with report development and dashboard design.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes.Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases, including performance tuning and optimization.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Experience with additional business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Benefits:Opportunity to work on high-impact business intelligence projects.Collaborative team environment with experienced professionals.Continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.Other Requirements:Experience Range: 5-9 YearsLocation: Open for Hyderabad/Noida
