Job Role: HR Talent Acquisition Intern

Qualification: MBA/MA HRM/MSW HR, 2024 Passed out


Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our recruitment efforts by assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and develop your skills in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
