The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership, guide engineering teams, and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.Design end-to-end data platform architectures that meet the needs of Clinical, Commercial, and Medical Affairs domains.Build scalable solutions on leading cloud platforms using best-practice patterns and technologies.Create data models and integrate pharma datasets from various sources.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.Lead technical delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.Conduct regular design reviews, guide development teams, and ensure solution quality meets the highest standards.Evaluate and ensure adherence to Data governance, Security & Compliance policies.Oversee operational support activities, driving automation where possible and resolving data management and analytics-related issues.Contribute reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices to enhance solution offerings.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI/ML and GenAI, applying this knowledge to enhance solution capabilities.Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve insights, automation, or workflow efficiency.About This Role:Achieve business objectives through strategic planning and effective execution.Prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality.Become an expert in industry-specific data models, architectures, and technologies.Enhance skills through continuous learning, workshops, and online courses.
