Role: DevOps EngineerLocation : Chennai / Pune / Kolkata Experience : 4 To 10 Years Must-Have : Good understanding of DevOps concepts, practices, containerization Hands on experience in CI/CD pipeline automation Experience in Sonar, code coverage tools like Jacoco and configuring them in CI/CD pipelineExperience in Build/Deployment toolsets - Bitbucket, GIT, Maven, Teamcity, UCDExperience building Docker images Experience in deployment management in Openshift POD’s, Openshift memory, CPU analysis/management, Route creation in OpenShift, Enabling security in OpenShift like SSL, TLS etcGood-to-Have :Knowledge on JavaShell scriptingLogs management in ELK stackMonitoring, Alerting For example, AppDynamicsCloud EngineeringResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role CI/CD pipeline development and integration - Creation of scripts along with writing and configuring TeamCity jobs, UCD components for automated deployments to multiple environments.Troubleshoot problems across different Technology layers such as networking, database and applications to identify and correct operational problems.Setting up Containers in a Cloud environment, which includes being knowledgeable in Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.Work as a team member or individual on multiple projects and assignments relating to application initiatives along with meeting committed delivery dates.Proposing and implementing enhancements to improve system performance, availability and resiliencyPerform general systems maintenance tasks such as but not limited to managing disk space usage, changing passwords, and applying patches.Work closely with systems administrators and engineers to meet team goals, and improve processes and apply best practices.Managing development workflows using revision control such as Bitbucket.Participate in Pre-Production tasks such as change request creation, deployment plan preparation etc and Production deployment activities for application releases
