**Job Opportunity: Scalable Backend Expert**Job DescriptionAs a seasoned backend engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's architecture to accommodate rapid user growth. Your primary responsibility will be designing and implementing high-performance backend solutions that ensure seamless scalability, reliability, and speed.Lead the development of high-volume backend services to support our growing user base and data throughput.Own end-to-end delivery of critical backend initiatives - from design and implementation to production rollout and monitoring.Architect robust systems and improve our microservices framework to enhance performance and facilitate international expansion.Ensure system reliability, efficiency, and redundancy, including disaster recovery strategies and data integrity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend features with user demands and overall business goals.Mentor junior developers and lead by example in coding, process refinement, and architectural decisions.Optimize existing systems for maximum speed and scalability through rigorous testing and profiling.Key Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record in scalable systems.Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.Extensive experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, and serverless architectures.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Strong database management skills with both SQL and NoSQL databases.Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience with financial services applications or social networking platforms will be highly valued.What We Offer:Competitive compensation packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA dynamic work environment with collaborative teamsFlexible work arrangements and remote work options
