Job Description: • Design, develop, and implement robust Appian applications aligned with business needs. • Lead and mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practices. • Optimize existing applications for performance, maintainability, and scalability. • Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to identify process automation opportunities. • Ensure high-quality deliverables through thorough testing and documentation. • Contribute to strategic technical decisions and platform improvements. Mandatory Skills: ✔ Strong hands-on experience with Appian platform (SAIL, Expression Rules, Interfaces). ✔ Proficiency in workflow design , integrations (REST APIs, web services) , and reporting . ✔ Working knowledge of Java , SQL , Python , or other object-oriented programming languages. ✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Skills: ⭐ Certified Appian Senior Developer . ⭐ Experience with Appian Process HQ and Case Management Studio . ⭐ Exposure to Appian 24.4 (or the latest version) and modern Appian design patterns. ⭐ Prior team handling experience and ability to guide junior developers.
