Job Summary: We're seeking a talented Figma Designer with a strong portfolio in creating visually stunning and high-converting landing pages and emails. You'll play a key role in designing user-centered experiences that drive results, with a focus on our real estate and home services initiatives. While your core expertise will be in Figma for landing page and email design, a solid understanding of basic graphic design principles and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator will be a significant plus.Responsibilities:Design and develop visually appealing and responsive landing pages with a focus on conversion optimization (primary focus).Create engaging, effective & responsive email templates that align with marketing campaigns (primary focus).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, development) to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize designs and improve user experience on landing pages.Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, AI tools, especially in real estate digital marketing, and best practices for conversion.Contribute to basic graphic design tasks, including creating web banners and other visual assets as needed.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in Figma design, with a strong focus on landing pages.Experience designing effective Responsive emails.Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.Awareness of AI tools that can enhance design creativity and automation (e.g., for image generation, design assistance, or workflow optimization).Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator (plus).Ability to handle basic design tasks (plus).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
