This includes designing logos, marketing collateral, digital banners, and other visual elements that align with our brand's vision and values.Logo Design:Conceptualise and create impact and memorable logos that align with our brand's vision and identity.Delve multiple logo options and iterate based on feedback.Marketing Collaterals:Design brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and other printed materials.Maintain consistency with our brand guidelines across all designs.Digital Banners:Create web banners, social media graphics, and advertisements optimised for digital platforms.Adapt designs to different resolutions and formats as needed.Campaign Support:Collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, and product launches.Ensure designs are aligned with our overall strategy and message.Brand Identity:Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of our brand across all deliverables.Develop style guides and templates to streamline future design work.File Preparation:Prepare and optimise files for both digital and print production.Trend Awareness:Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).0 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing logos, banners, flyers, and marketing materials.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.Knowledge of print production processes and digital optimisation.What We OfferWe offer a creative and supportive work culture, growth opportunities in branding, strategy, and digital marketing, and a chance to work closely with founders and marketing heads.
