Position - Electronic Engineer - VFD RepairLocation - Pune (Tathawade)Experience - 2 year +Salary Range - upto 35 kKey Responsibilities:1. VFD Repair & Maintenance:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faulty VFDs (AC Drives) from various manufacturers (e.g.,Siemens, ABB, Danfoss, Delta, Schneider, Allen Bradley, etc.).Conduct board-level repair and component-level fault detec􀆟on.Perform preven􀆟ve and correc􀆟ve maintenance on VFDs and related control systems.2. Programming & Commissioning:Program, configure, and fine-tune VFDs as per customer and applica􀆟on requirements.Support field installa􀆟on and commissioning of drives at customer sites.Provide technical inputs for drive selec􀆟on based on applica􀆟on.3. Customer Service & Site Support:Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.A􀆩end field service calls to resolve breakdowns, performance issues, and system upgrades.Ensure 􀆟mely and professional communica􀆟on with clients during service visits.4. Documenta􀆟on & Repor􀆟ng:Prepare and maintain service reports, technical documenta􀆟on, and service logs.Assist in preparing service es􀆟mates and job cards.5. Cross-func􀆟onal Collabora􀆟on:Work closely with the sales, projects, and R&D teams to provide insights and feedback onproduct performance and customer needs.Key Skills and Competencies:In-depth knowledge of VFD opera􀆟on, types, and applica􀆟ons.Proficient in VFD programming, fault diagnosis, and repair techniques.Hands-on experience with tools such as mul􀆟meters, oscilloscopes, and soldering sta􀆟ons.Familiarity with electrical panels, control wiring, and automa􀆟on systems.Strong understanding of electrical/electronic circuits and power electronics.Ability to read and interpret electrical schema􀆟cs and datasheets.Good communica􀆟on and customer-handling skills.Willingness to travel to client sites for field support.Educa􀆟onal Qualifica􀆟on:ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering.Please connect - Alpesh Shah - Whatsapp - 9764003426 - alpesh.shah@talentcorner.in
