Job Overview:


We are looking for a strategic, dynamic, and experienced marketing professional to join our team at the head office. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies, with a focus on promoting our products and services. The role will require occasional visits to our manufacturing plants to gain insights into our processes, collaborate with production teams, and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and operational capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS :


Educational and Experience


  Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  Minimum of five years of proven experience in the Printing and Packaging industry preferably offset division.With a minimum of three years in leading a team.

  Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.

  Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools. Web analytics and Google AdWords will be an added advantage.

  Experience managing social media, email campaigns, and website content.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  Ability to convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market trends and campaign performance data.   Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business development, sales,

production, and design teams and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:




StrategicPlanning:

 Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our printing and packaging solutions, aligning with overall business objectives based on the study and research on the current industry and competitor’s trends.

  Train and lead a team of experienced professionals.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies with production capabilities.


BrandManagement:

  Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through strategic marketing initiatives.

 Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels, collateral, and promotional materials.


Market Research:

  Stay updated on the latest and conduct a comparative analysis to ensure which strategies are better in the market.


Digital Marketing

  Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website management.

  Leverage digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences.

  Update and Maintain all the Social pages of the company,


ContentDevelopment:

 Create compelling marketing content, including promotional materials, product descriptions, and digital content.

 Collaborate with design teams to ensure visually appealing and on-brandmaterials.

Collaborationwith Cross-Functional Teams

  Work closely with the cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral that supports their efforts.

  Provide teams with the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote products.

EventManagement:

 Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.

  Conduct Represent to which events in to the Industries the company abridge and represent the Company in the event.

Awards

  Maintain Client Relationships and research on Awards, Hampers, andCorporate gifts to gain brand recognition within the Industries.
