About Our IT InfrastructureWe are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to manage our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.This role involves overseeing the procurement, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment, as well as managing network security, hosting, and domain services.Key Responsibilities:Procurement, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipmentNetwork management, including office networks (LAN/WAN), internet providers, and telco coordinationSecurity management, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controlHosting and domain management, including DNS management and SSL certificate renewalsServer and remote access management, including virtual private networks (VPNs)Vendor coordination, including networking vendors and cloud service providersDesktop support supervision and ticket resolutionRequirements:3-5 years of experience in network/system administrationStrong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity principlesExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureEffective communication and teamwork skillsBonus Points:Certifications in CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or similarExperience with cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft AzureFamiliarity with agile project management methodologiesWhat We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits packageOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesA dynamic and supportive work environment
