We are seeking a creative and results-driven Copywriter with expertise in crafting compelling ad scripts and proven experience working in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong command of storytelling, strategic thinking, and the ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences across multiple platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop engaging and persuasive copy for ad campaigns, including TV, radio, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute innovative advertising ideas.
  • Write scripts that effectively communicate brand messages while adhering to tone and style guidelines.
  • Conduct research to understand target audiences and align content strategies with brand goals.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, grammar, and consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, advertising standards, and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies.
  • Work on multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven expertise in writing ad scripts for various formats and channels.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse advertising projects, particularly ad scripts.
  • Excellent command of English with impeccable grammar and creativity.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into simple, effective messages.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.


Preferred Skills:


  • Familiarity with storytelling techniques and brand voice development.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Basic understanding of video production or animation processes.
