You will lead key projects and build on and implement new technologies while also taking an active role in the company's AI initiatives.Job Description:Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all eCommerce systems.Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations.Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators for eCommerce activities.Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to understand behavior patterns, segment customers, and provide insights for targeted marketing and personalization strategies.A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize website performance and marketing campaigns.Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor performance to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.Required Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis within eCommerce.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software including Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau or similar, and programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.Data Architecture: Understanding of data design, database schemas, data flows/ETL, and storage best practices.Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and analyzing data.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
