Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Accounts Executive to handle accounting and financial operations for our automobile workshop. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP (FICO module) and a strong understanding of workshop accounting processes, billing, and inventory reconciliation.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accurate posting in SAP.Handle customer billing, job card accounting, warranty claims, and insurance settlements.Prepare and reconcile general ledger, vendor, and customer accounts.Monitor spare parts, workshop consumables, and service inventory accounting.Process vendor payments, purchase entries, and expense bookings in SAP.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.Coordinate with Service and Parts Departments for financial reconciliation and reporting.Assist in month-end closing, profit analysis, and MIS reporting.Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com preferred).25 years of experience in accounting; automobile dealership or workshop experience preferred.Strong working knowledge of SAP (FICO / Dealer Management System).Good understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting reports.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.Key Competencies:Accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication and coordination skillsDeadline-oriented and organizedUnderstanding of dealership/warranty accounting processes
