Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial reporting and accounting operations in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution to support the company's growth and long-term financial stability.Highlights- Be part of a globally recognized leader in electronic component distribution.- Opportunities for career growth and professional development.- Positive and supportive work environment.- Collaborate with a forward-thinking and high-performing finance team.Responsibilities- Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).- Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, and all local statutory and regulatory requirements.- Coordinate with external accounting partners and manage relationships with auditors and tax consultants.- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Administration, HR) to support business operations.- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.- Manage banking relationships and oversee treasury-related activities.- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, integrity, and accountability.- Perform ad-hoc duties and support special projects as required.Reporting- Reports to the Controller based in Singapore.Requirements- CA, CPA, or equivalent accounting qualification/degree.- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, and global reporting standards.- Hands-on experience with SAP.This position will be based in our office located in Bangalore.
