We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of innovative AI projects from concept to deployment.The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of project management experience, with expertise in agile methodologies and a focus on automation. This role emphasizes managing AI-driven solutions for enterprise automation, including agentic processes and decision-making workflows.Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for AI implementations, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives in cloud-based and AI-enhanced environments.Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives to manage iterative development of AI agents and automated processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to define agentic workflows, integrate AI models, and automate complex business processes.Identify and mitigate risks in AI project delivery, ensuring ethical AI practices, data governance, and scalability in systems that perform autonomous tasks.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications like PMP, CSM, or AI-specific credentials are preferred.6-8 years of project management experience in technical domains, with demonstrated leadership of complex projects involving software or AI implementations.Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with hands-on experience leading agile teams through dynamic project environments.Solid knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, including agentic AI concepts for autonomous decision-making and process orchestration.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years in managing Agentic AI or AI/ML projects, with a focus on process automation for enterprise use cases like workflow orchestration and intelligent agents.This is an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development, with competitive compensation, flexible work options, and opportunities for AI certifications and innovation.
