Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Marketing Cloud professional to lead the delivery of complex campaigns and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, including journey builder, automation, email studio, CRM, segmentation, and personalization.Marketing Automation: Lead the execution of marketing automation on VBOUT, encompassing journey building, workflows, audience segmentation, email/landing page configuration, A/B testing, personalization, analytics, and campaign optimization.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign performance, SLA compliance, reporting, and continuous optimization.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring quality governance, operational excellence, and capacity planning across multiple marketing workstreams.Customer Communication: Drive client communication, requirement gathering, and issue resolution, ensuring seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.Requirements10-15 Years of Experience: Proven track record in delivering complex marketing campaigns and driving business growth.Marketing Automation Expertise: In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms, including journey builder, workflows, and segmentation.Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring quality governance and operational excellence.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive client communication and requirement gathering.BenefitsThe successful candidate will enjoy a dynamic and challenging work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.
