Together, let's create a solution that stands out from the rest.Role OverviewWe're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer who thrives in a 0→1 environment. Someone who can execute fast, experiment boldly, and solve tough problems to unlock meaningful customer and revenue growth. This is an end-to-end role where you'll plan, build, test, analyse, and scale—across multiple channels and growth levers.If you're a generalist at heart and love owning outcomes, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute growth initiatives end-to-end —from ideation to implementation to iterationBuild, optimise, and analyse full-funnel growth metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenueRun fast-paced experiments across channels (paid ads, product flows, landing pages, partnerships, CRM, etc.)Work on diverse growth projects , including:Partnerships with schools, universities & corporatesPerformance Marketing & AcquisitionCRM & Retention (emails, WhatsApp, push)Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, design, academic, and tech teamsBuild lean processes that help scale growth faster and more predictablyPrepare clear growth dashboards, insights, and recommendations for leadershipMust-Have Requirements3+ years of relevant experience in growth/marketing rolesProven experience in a 0→1 or early-stage startup environmentStrong analytical skills and command over growth metrics, funnels, and cohortsDemonstrated ability to think from first principles and solve hard problemsExperience working across multiple growth levers (acquisition, retention, partnerships)Highly execution-focused—able to move fast , test quickly, and ship frequentlyComfortable working in an environment without rigid processes; can create structure where neededExcellent communication and project management skills
