AI Leadership PositionWe are seeking a visionary AI leader to shape our strategy and data capabilities, driving innovation and growth in the manufacturing industry.This role requires guiding the strategic direction and hands-on execution of our AI initiatives, with a focus on adaptability and impact. Visionary Leadership: Define the overarching AI vision, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with the executive team, driving decisions on methodology, infrastructure, model governance, and team direction. Scale the data science function while establishing technical standards and best practices.Execution & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI models, working with large datasets across multiple industries and data sources. Convert complex data into actionable insights and integrate AI-driven capabilities into our products. Partner closely with engineering, product, and domain experts to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied Statistics, along with strong proficiency in modern ML frameworks such as Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
