Job Title: Associate – Talent AcquisitionLocation: BangaloreDepartment: Human Resources – Talent AcquisitionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate – Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment activities across Arul Group divisions (Engineering, Construction, EPC, Manufacturing, Corporate & Design).This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hiring, capable of managing multiple requirements, and eager to grow in HR.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Screening- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.- Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, fitment, and experience.- Maintain a strong pipeline for junior to mid-level roles.2. Recruitment Coordination- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.- Follow up on interview feedback and ensure timely updates.- Coordinate assessments, tests, and technical evaluations.3. Stakeholder Management- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.- Share shortlisted profiles in the defined format.- Maintain clear communication and timely status updates.4. Documentation & Process Compliance- Maintain candidate data, tracking sheets, and recruitment reports.- Assist in onboarding coordination (offer letters, documents, joining formalities).- Ensure hiring process adherence across all divisions.5.
