About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Data Centre of Excellence. In this role, you’ll be embedded within product teams as a strategic partner to Product Managers, ensuring data drives every decision. From defining success metrics, validating tracking, and running experiments to delivering post-release analysis and strategic recommendations, you will own the full cycle of product analytics.

You’ll be expected to go beyond reporting, turning complex data into clear insights and “so what” recommendations that shape feature design, improve adoption and retention, and directly influence product strategy.



Key Responsibilities

Measurement & Data Quality

  • Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and KPIs for new and existing features.
  • Validate tracking accuracy from UAT to production to ensure trustworthy data.
  • Build scalable measurement frameworks to ensure consistency across product initiatives.

Feature Analysis & Strategic Recommendations

  • Lead deep-dive analysis on feature adoption, retention, and engagement.
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations that improve product usability and growth.
  • Deliver feature and quarterly wrap-ups, highlighting performance, friction points, benchmarks, and next steps.

Experimentation & Product Impact

  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to measure product changes.
  • Present results and insights in a clear, business-friendly way that informs product strategy.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a trusted advisor within product teams, influencing roadmaps and feature priorities through data.
  • Align analysts and stakeholders on consistent measurement practices.
  • Contribute to building dashboards, frameworks, and insight processes that scale across markets and teams.



What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 6+ years in product analytics or related roles, with proven experience working in cross-functional product teams.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced SQL (BigQuery or equivalent) and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and experimentation frameworks.
  • Proven Impact: Track record of delivering feature analysis, post-release insights, and actionable recommendations that influenced product decisions.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, KPI measurement, and growth levers.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent ability to translate data into stories that drive decisions at all levels.
