Our platform provides personalized consultations to identify the root cause of hair fall and delivers customized hair care solutions.We have a strong adherence system in place via trained healthcare professionals, guiding customers across their hair growth journey and helping them stay on track.Vision:To create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatize it while empathizing with customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact, and combine 3 different sciences to create the perfect holistic solution.About the Role:Provide virtual consultations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer well-being and satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey.Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to check treatment progress, address concerns, and provide support.Take ownership of achieving key performance indicators as defined by your manager, including targets for call attempts made and completed consultation calls each day.Follow established communication guidelines during all customer interactions, ensuring consistent, high-empathy experience and meeting quality standards.Conduct detailed consultations, gather patient history, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe medications based on homeopathic principles.Develop personalized care plans to address individual patient needs and provide follow-up care as necessary.Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices, emphasizing proper nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to quality care.Maintain precise documentation of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-ups.Escalate complex cases to specialists as required for further evaluation.Requirements:Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from a recognized institution.Valid medical registration/license.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in our team and make a difference in people's lives.
