But our commitment goes beyond our clients as we continue to live the Withum Way, promoting personal and professional growth for all team members, clients, and surrounding communities.How You’ll Spend Your Time:Working on several types of client engagements, including documentation and planning studies, and benchmarking memos.Evaluating intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans and conducting financial statement analysis of multinational and domestic corporations.Conducting both U.S. and foreign comparable company searches using Capital IQ database and Withum’s proprietary transfer pricing analysis model.Conducting searches for licensing agreements via KTMINE and other databases.Working with other staff members and managers and assisting in conducting detailed economic, financial, and accounting analyses demonstrating an understanding of transfer pricing concepts and method application.Assisting manager in conducting functional interviews with clients, including primary notetaking to capture the details of the business.Preparing financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance.Conducting industry and market research.Requirements:2+ years of Transfer Pricing ExperienceBachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related fieldExperience in a Consulting or Professional Services practice preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writingAbility to work across different time zones and cultures, adapting style as necessary.Strong numerical, analytical; strategic thinking and project management skills.Strong research and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transfer pricing software and technology.Website: www.withum.comWithum will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or because he or she is a protected veteran.
