Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to lead our development team and provide technical guidance on Node.js development.The successful candidate will have a strong background in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript, as well as experience in leading or technically owning delivery within a development team.Main Responsibilities:Lead a team of up to 5 backend developers, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Work closely with the system architect to drive platform evolution and long-term technical decisions.Actively contribute to development, architecture discussions, and code quality initiatives.Promote engineering excellence, including clean code, peer reviews, testing, observability, and CI/CD.Provide mentoring, support, and guidance to team members.Requirements:5+ years of backend development experience with strong hands-on skills in Node.js and TypeScript.Experience in leading or technically owning delivery within a development team.Deep expertise in AWS, focusing on Load Balancer (ALB/NLB) management, security and scalability in cloud-native applications, and production experience with MongoDB.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and complex backend integrations.Proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
